Avra Villa

0n the one- and- only inhabited, unique island of Chalkidiki called Ammouliani, just 50 metres from the beach Alikes, inside the Arosa property  and in walking distance of 1 km from the island’s port, we created Villa Avra. 

A newly-built building combining comfort and function.Villa Avra consists of spacious two-room modern apartments. Each apartment provides a fully-equipped kitchen, a bedroom, a sofa which can be converted into a double bed and it can house up to 4 guests. It has a WC, a TV set and Wi-Fi connection.

In this all natural setting, you have a marvelous sea view enjoying the wonderful sunset.
